Here are some pages from a little book I designed on one of my favorite people, Edie Beale. If you haven’t seen this movie, I recommend it without any reservations: Grey Gardens, the documentary by the Maysles brothers (made in the ‘70’s)…there was a recent feature film with Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange which attempted to capture the magic of these two women and their relationship with one another. It did not accomplish this fully, but was pretty ok.
